The Military is there to aid CBSA.
They are setting up a temporary processing facility, and, yes, that includes accommodations for those awaiting processing, which is something CBSA does for all refugee claimants.
The Military is not there to enforce Canadian law, in any way, shape, or form, just to setup the temp facility. RCMP and CBSA will handle the law end.
