The movie wasn't in many theaters, but that might be because not to many theatres wanted to show it.

The Climate Priesthood only exists in a few areas - most places wouldn't be interested in showing it.

To be honest, most of the demographic that the first movie appealed too have already make significant changes to their lifestyle and are well aware of their carbon footprint. So a sequel simply comes off as preachy and unnecessary IMHO.

Add that after his first movie Gore was cited as a huge user of energy is kind of beating a dead horse at this point
