Also it stats that 150,000 US troops in Iraq are expected to be reduced to about 135,000 in coming months.

15,000 reduction is a start, but it is 135,000 short.

The reduction of 15,000 troops after the elections was always planned, this is not a new policy. In fact the extra 15,000 were there just because of the elections.
