Not according to several of the military-versed posters to ATS.

NK possesses at best, only a few diesel-powered submarines, none of which are currently capable of launching an ICBM, and all of which would require multiple refueling stops, mid-ocean, on the surface, to reach even Hawaii.

And that's assuming that they are even sea-worthy enough to make the crossing.

As to "missile boats", nowhere have I seen or read that such crafts even exist in the NK navy, nor are such vessels readily available to NK from any of its allies.

Furthermore, any vessel sailing from NK is placed under constant surveillance to prevent shipment of contraband goods.

Any NK vessel, or vessel suspected of having had contact with NK, making its way toward North America would be tracked and interdicted while still in international waters, long before it reached US territory.

Its you who do not know what you are talking about. Unless they smuggle in the weapons,and then unload them all while under surveillance and then mount them and then calibrate them all while not being discovered its next to impossible.

Also the NK do not have any subs able to launch ICBMs. The ocean is under watch by satellite for those type of things as well. The only reason you are saying it is plausible is because you WANT it to be true.

NOrth american ports are still monitored by U S authorities as well. no matter the ownership.

Stanislav Lunev's book, "Through the Eyes of the Enemy" to get a better understanding and do your own research instead of being told this, that and the other thing. It also helps to know people who were in the right places at the right times during our Cold War(1947-1991).
