That AA episode was on tonight.. and I'd already bookmarked this thread for later reading so I thought I'd give it a try.

I tried listening to a 110 hz youtube video before sleep, and got nothing out of it

I'm going to test while under Delta Mike Tango - where one can hear universe frequencies natively - and see what happens..

Yes, interesting, if we are to believe that sound is, in fact, waves, then we would have the Earth's and the Sun's magnetic field waves, not to mention radio, UV and micro (which all come through the atmosphere) etc. waves, then our man-made beat on top of all that.

I think it is probable that the use of sound waves (electromagnetic (electric/plasma)) could very well be used for mind control and/or physical paralysis, which may, or may not, explain the ancient alien connection.

Recently, my heart was racing due to stress and I simply started deep breathing and tried to change my state of mind, and I managed to slow down or switch my heart rate immediately. The point I am trying to make here, is that is may not only be the type of wave but it's rate of speed that may affect us too.

Sound is waves.

Other waves could be heard if they were in our range.

Isn't there a debate on whether light, sound (whatever other forces that are out there - pressure (gravity, magnetism) may be both particles and waves (a complex dance, if you will)?

Search on YT for live experiments on that topic and on Michelson-Morley experiment.

It is not about particles, but what some labeled as "particles" are just areas where the waves interfere in cancelling-out manner. We live surrounded by ether, or common field, and that's why the sounds affect us all the time, from everything, and all is sound (or all is light, as Tesla said - which come down to the sam phenomenon, since sound can be turned into light and v.v.)

No, that is not correct, the right and left frequencies when subtracted must be 110. Like 320 one hear and 210 another hear.
They cancel themselves out and you get a 110 mhz tone in your brain. I would suggest the absolute minimum frequencies that you can use to generate the 110 mhz tone.

I havent tried 110hz beats yet.
But during the last autumn I was home with a fever.
For some reason I thought it was a good idea to relax by listening to some native american shamanistic drumming I found on youtube.
So I laid down on the bed and closed my eyes and started listening.
The first 10 minutes or so I didnt experience anything.
But then it started to get really weird.
I saw lots of strange geometrical patterns that shifted continously.
I saw triangular volcanoes spewing out something and all kinds of weirdness and creatures.

I have tried the same thing several times after that with some results, but never got anything like that first time.
