Trump is right, Obama was weak in dealing with the issue.

Where do you see info about this new "cyber weapon" that the Obama Administration authorized?
The report said the CIA sent Obama and three other top aides a top-secret message in early August detailing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s campaign to help Trump defeat Democrat Hillary Clinton and generally disrupt the U.S. election.
The report said the CIA sent Obama and three other top aides a top-secret message in early August detailing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s campaign to help Trump defeat Democrat Hillary Clinton and generally disrupt the U.S. election.
The intel came shortly after the release of hacked Democratic National Committee emails that caused embarrassment for Clinton.
The Obama administration reportedly considered a number of responses to Putin, including cyberattacks on Russian infrastructure, releasing embarrassing intel about him and crippling sanctions.
Obama settled on a modest sanctions package that was unveiled in December, along with the planting of the cyber weapons, the Post said.

Get it through your head, Russia meddles in all elections, the US meddles in elections, the ccp meddle in elections.
Did they hacks that directly changed voter tallies? NO.
They meddled through online propaganda, no different then what radical leftist and ultra wing wingers here do.
Now, with that being said, is it OKAY? NO.
I considered it along the lines of, oops my hand slipped, of course! Mine as well...like some unwritten hostile friendly dick measuring contest between nations in the dark recesses that the normal citizen would know nothing about...especially those dripped fed from the liberal media.

You're way off the mark with your repy (all respect due)
Trump is admitting to russian interference, something that he has always maintained "didn't happen"
Now he says it did
Seems like Trump's admission is a game changer
For sure it happened on Obama's watch
What will the Trump administration do about it, the ball's in their court ?

MSM is not strong enough. People can decide for themselves. All MSM can do is suggest. That doesn't mean people will obey.

But why would Obama spread info showing that he was negligent?
What kind of negligence? What should Obama have done that he didn't do?

Trump is right, Obama was weak in dealing with the issue.
The House investigative committee's top DEMOCRAT agreed with you and President Trump today..
""WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The top Democrat on the U.S. House Intelligence Committee on Sunday criticized the administration of former President Barack Obama for not taking earlier and tougher action against Russia for its alleged hacks aimed at swaying the Nov. 8 election for Donald Trump.
"The Obama administration should have done a lot more when it became clear that not only was Russia intervening, but it was being directed at the highest levels of the Kremlin," said Representative ADAM SCHIFF on CNN's "State of the Union" program.""

That's a BIG STATEMENT considering the source. Schiff been one of the main defenders of the Obama administration, until now.
