bought a 95 talon. awd. turbo

it does have a blow off valve and it does have a boost controller.
im going to take it to e check tomorrow just to cross my fingers.

no engine codes and no check engine light so i dont see how the blow off valve will cause it to fail. i figured it would fail for no cat.
going to try but not worried about it.

if/when it fails i will go to my guy and have him cut into my exhaust and install the cat. probably just the car shell actually. i dont want the restriction.
the cost of the car plus labor will get me to the $300 waiver point. if not them im sure throwing in an egr valve or something will get me to the mark.

this car is fun thats for sure.
