Wow not sure what rock you pulled your self from under, but your buddy Obummer was the very first President to make it mandatory ; for the first time Ever; mandatory health insurance. With a $600.00 fine by the IRS.

Which means you don't have to drive, you don't have to own land, but in order to be a U.S. citizen you have to have health insurance. Not to mention this sham is so bad Congress held a special recess to get them selves out.

10. George W Bush: Bush's biggest mistake was listening to his opposition in Congress, combine that with a real dearth of economic sense and you've got a poor presidency.
9. Bill Clinton: Conversely, Clinton wasn't a terrible president economically speaking, but the GOP led Congress (and Clinton's wise choice to play ball by their rules in his second term) saved him from himself. Take that away and he'd almost certainly be down around Obama territory.
8. Nixon: For a guy the left LOVES to hate, he was sure responsible for a lot of the crappy and wasteful programs they love to defend, like the EPA, NASA, and affirmative action.
7. LBJ: Likely involved in the assassination of his predecessor, LBJ used the office to escalate the war in Vietnam and was generally a spiteful little jackass.
6.Abe Lincoln: The 10th Amendment essentially died at his hands, that counts as a pretty big screw up.
5.U.S. Grant: The Civil War, 'nuff said there.
4.Woodrow Wilson: Responsible for laying the plans to construct the welfare and socialist systems in the US. A real piece of crap who should NEVER have been allowed near the White House.
3.Carter: The definition of a well meaning idiot. The man was never intelligent enough to overcome his sickening bleeding heart.
2.Obama: Tried to emulate FDR. Would probably be the all time worst if not for the half-assed job of buffering his policies the GOP did his last term.
1.FDR: Responsible for finishing construction of the welfare state and socialist hells we've gone through since WWII... also a general fascist asshat.
