D.C. police are expected to announce arrest warrants for 12 members of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan security team who attacked peaceful pro-Kurdish protesters outside the Turkish ambassador’s residence on May 16. The men left the country with the Turkish president but with warrants out for their arrest, they could face imprisonment if they return to the U.S.
Erdogan vow to fight US arrest warrants for his 12 security guards
"I was in the US on my last visit; PKK terror organisation [and] FETO got together and started protesting [against] me 40-50 metres away from where I was. American police was doing nothing. They did not touch [them]. I am wondering: if something similar happens in Turkey what would happen? They did not do anything far more they have arrested two of my citizens who were there. Could something like this happen? Oh, on the other hand, they [the US] issued arrest warrants for my 12 security guards. What kind of legislation is this? What kind of law is this? If they are not going to protect me, why would I bring them with me to America? Will I protect myself with America's Hans and George? Of course, we are going to fight this on legal and political grounds; this is another issue. But, I want to tell especially these kinds of truths. We have to know what they understand and how they understand when you speak of 'legislation' and 'law' in the world."

Not the protest or the Kurds. I personally know Peshmerga assets. The U.S. action in retaliation to make some low level political points .
When some poor innocent American tourist dies or becomes deathly ill while in Turkish custody, I hope their little grandstanding play is remembered.
