I don't see why not. If the old AG and FBI director committed obstruction of justice by handing out crooked immunity deals, then justice demands that those immunity deals get ripped up and the guilty parties prosecuted.

I cannot tell you how many times members of the Obama administration flaunted illegal behavior as if to say they were untouchable. Her and her ilk are out of touch, not out of reach. It's heartening to know that justice still means something in the US regardless of who you are and what position you may hold.

Thought it useful to post Grassleys FULL letter to Diane Feinstein. Selected elements of that letter have been used to try and spin his investigation to make Trump the focus, but it is clear that his main focus is the DoJ under Obama.

There is no suggestion he is investigating Trump for obstruction of justice.
