It's not always possible for a businessman to sell off his business. Would you sell off your house to become president? It is very unlikely for a foreign government to deposit cash to the president. Today's world is very different from the 1700s when the emoluments clause was drafted. Today with so much technology and information the media would know every cash deposited to the president from a foreign government. Back in the 1700s this would have been very difficult to determine.

Trump resigned from every business. He passed the torch to his sons. Even if a foreign government stays at a Trump hotel, it is not emolument to Trump but it would be to his sons.

I saw that article as well. I don't care what you call it, doesn't mean you are right. Just like any link to AP, NYT, WSJ , CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC are Fake news now.

Well, this is the thing. Not only is the awarding body not a body allied to any particular nation, meaning its is not a foreign power, but I think he believed that it would have been gauche to take the money, being as wealthy as he is.

Speculation on what may happen in the future based on something definitively happening now is not fake news no matter how you want to pretend otherwise.
