I agree. Which is why I was questioning the immediate declaration of it not being a terrorist incident. How can that statement be made, before any investigation. It very well could be a false claim by the victim too. It is just as likely to be a case of a failed robbery, and she "claims" they were yelling about the Koran to implicate the Muslim community.
