Curious, are you for or against this?
Did the guy have a warrant?
Was he doing anything wrong?
Or is this part of the horrible crime on the bridge?
Give me a little to work with please.
not for it but not against it
What was the source of the cops '
reasonable suspicion in relation to what occured on a bridge in london in times prior to the day and time of
arrest, and the bloke concerned.
What is the definiton of suspicion and what is the definiton of reasonable as applied to suspicion?
Did the cops require a warrent under the law they were acting under?
What law were the cops relying on for their cause of action?
If the law the cops were acting under required a warrant was it legally issued according the Act and Regualtions governing the issue of warrants for
arrest.
Betchya it was some terro law they were acting on.
