Great for business. Advertise it as such.

Banging noises are occuring daily now, at all times of the day.

The tennant upstairs brought his miniature pinscher down the other day and it went crazy at the corner of the room and nothing was there.

There hasn't been any more physical contact. I think an appearance will be next on the list

Well if I was you, I WOULD sell it, but thats cause Im afraid of ghosts.

When I first started my new job (at a hot tub retail store) the jets on the filled tubs would start turning on all by themselves!.....Then it turned out it was a filtration system

I didnt understand why no one else was freaked about this, then I was informed of thier cycles. I felt silly, but I dont think I could ever be in the same room as a ghost, I would have a heart attack!
