importing an avitar

How do I import my avitar? It's been awhile since I was here and a lot seems to have changed. Thanks

And yes, we've had an upgrade or two that changed things around a bit.

Also. ..you can use about any photo as avatar.. .pets, art etc!!

You may notice I change mine based on how I feel...sometimes a couple times a day...I got about 30....cya!
