So americans run these oil based technology about forever and pays Saudis for oil supply, but people from modern world use way better technology tomorrow and pay 1/3 compared to waste motors.

I hear my Daddy's voice saying, "You got the easy part over with. You talked about it."

Now, prove me wrong and do it.

No need, because my next vehicle is run electricity based motor and EU pays donations to me to using it. So, your diesel runs only from US... and maybe not every state. Trump decisions means maybe end of confederate.

This is simple - green energy costs are higher now, because we people, worldwide, need to work out solutions, and every move to better efficiency means cheaper solutions after.

ATS always talking how oil industry killed Mr. Tesla innovations. Read me please.

Yes, and these subsidies have used for years now. This policy make sense without climate agreement, but makes way more sense if we start this together.

So this named trump for yours character, do not feel how things builds up, he degrades all of it and pours dollars to weapons, but not innovations to better means. n o t c o o l

After some years the US got big backwardness of technology.

These idiots in the EU actually think they run America... I guess Obama was so weak they actually have been running America for 8 years so they are now having to adjust and seem to be struggling with it.

Here is an interesting article from 2001 when the US pulled the plug on the Kyoto agreement... makes for interesting reading. Note, we're not extinct in 2017.

www.mapcruzin.com...

Here's a snippet of the article - sound familiar?

"The Bush Administration's approach of explore for oil and ignore the science on global warming leaves the U.S. increasingly isolated from the rest of the world," said Environmental Defense executive director Fred Krupp. "It is bad for America's interests for the United States to be seen as the rogue nation of greenhouse gas pollution."

"By simply opposing the Kyoto Protocol rather than seeking to improve it, the administration would have effectively blocked the only binding international agreement for fighting global warming, while offering no alternative path to protect the planet," said Krupp.

"This move would have the potential to slow international action on climate change for many years. As the world's last remaining superpower, and the world's largest producer of greenhouse gases, the U.S. has a special obligation to lead on this issue.

"The international community and forward thinking elements of the business community are already taking this problem on; it's time for the new administration to face its responsibilities on global warming as well."

The Washington, DC based Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) said Bush had capitulated to the oil and coal industries. "This is the most anti-environmental act by an American president in modern history," said Alden Meyer, UCS director of government relations.
"In one fell swoop, the President has embraced the do nothing mantra of polluters and elevated their short term self interests above public health and the environment. With this action, President Bush is declaring that on the environment, the U.S. is a rogue nation. "It is a grave error in judgment, one that will tarnish his credibility around the globe and be judged harshly by historians and future generations. "World leaders must condemn this brazen act and forge ahead on ratification and implementation of the Kyoto Protocol - with or without the U.S."

Play it again Sam.

That would certainly explain the angst presenting itself, wouldn't it? That, and the US won't be footing a large portion of the bill.

weapons creation has lead to some of societies greatest breakthroughs. Such as a protype fusion reactor being worked on as we speak. I know if we get a fusion reactor working commercially first we do not allow anyone else to have one like we have.

Nah, who cares about USA after Trump? USA is minority compared World, some 20% of economy. If someone say's this is huge thing, consider again. US economy depends about oil prices, but after China, India and Europe start using some other energy input without US and oil, so these economies blossom, but americans need to buy in technology to survive.

And when we compare battlefields, then who have advantage for logistics - oil needing tanks or some solar drones?

The Kyoto Accord was just plain dumb. Canada could have taken every train, plane and vehicle off the road and not met the targets. Canada chose to withdraw because it had calculated that it would have to pay approximately CAN14 billion in buying emissions reductions from other Kyoto protocol countries to meet its target.

What a great deal that would have been, either you kill your economy or you just give your money away. So sick of this C02 agenda, crop yields are up all over the planet, we are not entering a little ice age. We should be rejoicing, instead the UN has a lot of people convinced we are about to self combust.

Yes, going to innovation is big risk and some corrupted individuals can win a big way, also opportunistic covernments.

I mean, Earth need to breakthrought to some other way if carbon burning and we talking about this .. mmm.. one hundred year, but nothing. So lets begin after and i can pay in.

Why?

C02 is up, so what? Crop yields are up as well. You guys are all so scared of C02, why? Has the temperature increased significantly in the last 18 years?

No worries
because this is your reality. Like i trying to say here - americans lost opportunity.

Other people pay off new energy development and make money for this, a lot
Mostly chinese, they leading solar energy industrial development today, so if other world funds them, but no USA, this advantage can be HUGE.

The US is doing well in alternative energy and emission reduction, they are well positioned if the world moves away from fossil fuels (which isn't happening any time soon). Pulling out of the Paris Agreement will have no effect on the US developing new technologies, and probably will help, as it's billions of dollars not being wasted on global elite slush funds.

No need...

Yes, there is a need. You made a statement of intent to accomplish something that I simply do not believe will work. You either prove me wrong by actually doing it now, or you prove yourself wrong by not doing it.

...my next vehicle is run electricity based motor and EU pays donations to me to using it.

Which means it is subsidized. Where do you think those donations come from? Your taxes. You still pay the cost, just to the government instead of the power company. Oh, and those neat batteries that let it run? The manufacturing of those produced more pollution than my car will put out in its lifetime.

I got nothing against electric cars (would love to have a Tesla!), just want to make sure you know all the facts.

So, your diesel runs only from US... and maybe not every state.

My diesel? I drive a gasoline V6. It runs as long as there's gas in the tank. Are you saying there are no gas stations in Europe? Are you under the impression there are states without gas stations?

Trump decisions means maybe end of confederate.

I have no idea what you're talking about.
