Well, one of them is personal, but another is the accident I was in. I just wish it was over & dealt with, but this is the kind of thing that you
need to wait to see how it plays out. I don't like having it hang over my head.
Shep, I hope things work themselves out soon for you. You'll be in my thoughts.
Blue, the movie was just fascinating! I had never heard of such a condition. Thank God things worked out for the woman in the end! Things could have
gone so wrong for her.
Good morning my beautiful Shedigans!
I miss you all so much!
3 weeks into our disaster and I am just now starting to see a glimmer of hope.
On a good note I might actually get a day off...woohoo.
Hello Timely! A sense of humor would come in handy right now. I have the last of my urinating in a damned jug this morning, am fasting and have
bloodwork in a while so...not even a cup of coffee here. GAH!
Hello Jess! So glad you can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and will have a day off! What a nightmare!
I'm feeling less pain from my heart catheter each day which is always good news. I washed the dishes a few minutes ago. Now I am sitting down and
resting as everything tires me out. I know this is part of my heart issue. No, I still haven't received a reply from my insurance about seeing a
heart surgeon. I might just play the upper hand and demand a person to person meeting tomorrow.
I updated the visiting nurse who was here with me after my heart attack on what is going on. She will be going with me to the surgeon and making
visits to see me after I'm released from the hospital.
About my dad, who thinks he is Mr. Wonderful, he complains to my mom about being too tired to do anything. He has way too much salt in his crazy
diet. He is up at such strange hours that I see how that can make him tire. Something that he cannot get out of his head is he thinks that the State
of Texas personally awarded me a grant to pay for my hospital stay after my heart attack. He cannot understand that the grant is not for me but is
given to the hospital to help those who cannot afford treatment.

Hi Blue! Happy to hear that you are in less pain today! Hope you get your person to person meeting so you can straiten things out with your
approval.
I was rather pissed off early today. They couldn't complete my bloodwork because one needed to be taken early in the morning and the other later in
the day. So we arrived too late for the early morning one. GRRRRR! Ended up having a lovely lunch tough with my Sister, Aunt and two cousins. So far,
my new mouse is working. Hot and humid as hell out there and glad to be home!
Yes I did and I got a new mouse for my computer. It's so much faster and does everything I need it to do. Huge difference! Sooo sleeeepy. Might try to
take a nap. I'll be back later.
Sorry I haven't been around much guys just been busy again here lately. I just haven't been able to catch a break until yesterday.
When I get the chance to do it, I've been dabbling in a little thing called "Advance Train Control System" Monitor for Windows. This program basically
allows me to see the same thing that the dispatcher is seeing on their screen. For example, tonight I am monitoring the southern end of Norfolk
Southern's Danville District between Priddy, Virginia and Linwood, North Carolina and the entire Charlotte District from Linwood, North Carolina to
Greenville, South Carolina. As with any program like this, I cannot interfere with what the dispatcher does.
Danville District and the Charlotte District to Linwood and from. The interlocking names that are showing white indicate that there is not an ATCS
server that is receiving data from those locations. The locations that are transmitting data to the server, or servers, are show in red. As of right
now, local P02 is running around their train between Pomona and Cox. there is another train that I haven't heard an ID from between Hoskins and
Varner.
Got a few trains running along on the Charlotte District as well. The 203 just pulled out of Linwood Yard heading for Atlanta on main one. I've
counted at least six trains between Charlotte and North Greensboro.
Things like ATCS come in handy when you are watching one of the live cams that this particular district covers.
Now I'm hearing on the radio feed that the train between Hoskins and Varner has broken down and they are dead in the water between both control
points. Since both mains are now blocked between Varner and Cox. Train 158 is now stopped in front of the cameras at Thomasville, North Carolina.
