Conspiracy thoughts aside on 9/11 - we lost an American hero. Ray Pfeifer worked for months at Ground Zero and eventually developed cancer. He worked tirelessly to get the Zadroga Act through and extended. The NY Daily News only scratches the surface on this American hero.

Yep. A helluva man. He was local to me and I'm friends with some of his former colleagues who all spoke of the man like he was an actual angel.

The heroes at ground zero who have died from cancer is in the hundreds now. Let's remember them all this weekend
