Mankind has been changing the weather patterns ever since he started pumping pollution into the air...Think of how bad it'll get once he starts *intentionally* mucking with the weather.

Discover magazine has an article in the sept. 2002 issue on weather modifacation.There is a company that as come out with a chemical that when its dispersed it can evaporate a storm. They call it science,I think its pretty damn scary.What's going to when they screw around with weather too much? If they stop or start a storm somewhere,then it's going to effect the weather hundreds of miles away.We are much better off leaving the weather to mother nature.
