It's just a baby step toward yanking any benefit we enjoy for the taxes we pay completely.

Anybody who can't see this "mission creep" has to be nearly completely blind.

Eventually a bag of chips will be nothing but air, but the cost will be the same because the ignorant consumers said nothing for so long.

...I'm going over here to smell my empty chip bag, full of nutritious "chip gas"...

But you avoided the fact that pot dealers should be paying taxes on their yearly sales. That pays for a lot. The people are going to get it somehow anyways, might as well let businesses regulate it and get taxed for it. A hefty tax too. A special tax only for them. It'd put the cartels out of business in the process because it'd be American grown. Then, this would be a mostly non issue because I think most of us agree that felony drugs are in a different category. In theory, Wisconsin could legalize marijuana as well as drug test for Medicaid with the exclusion of legal marijuana.

You're saying turn a blind eye because the Government takes money from you. Well, I on the otherhand actually care about people and think that no one is seeing the big picture.

Bags of chips at the gas station cost a dollar. Your analogy is lacking.

Yeah, pot dealers don't pay taxes so we should spend tons of money on urine tests to deprive people of the medical care they need and waste it on those test kits and deprive them of the care they've already been PAYING FOR their entire lives...

...Yeah, get even with those naughty dealers...

You gotta be a conservative, one of those young un's that ain't never felt anything like pain yet, or thought about where you'll be or how you'll be when you're 80 years old.

I didn't get past the first page (I rarely do anymore), but to you who think this is okay, You've gotten what you deserve.

Do you understand the concept of 'slippery slope"? Because you have one here.
Just to give you something to think about = Do you smoke cigarettes or use any tobacco products? You're out.
Are you obese? Sorry, you can control that. You're out. Do you have diabetes type II? Whoops. Can't cover you, you might make our covered baby fat, which could cost us money.

Ever had a DUI? What? We don't want our covered baby in the car with someone who has been drunk driving! There could be an accident, and our tax dollars would have to pay for that baby's emergency room treatment! No baby for you!

Idiots.

Everybody got so bent out of shape over Bushes Patriot Act, afraid of losing civil liberties. But THIS you think is okay?

You are a part of the 40%. Those who will never admit that Trump and his republican cronies have lost their freaking minds.

your citing 'mission creep' is dead on target

the pot use is just the first door to be accessed,
then RX opiates will be a necessary component of our chemistry to test, then it will be to test the persons DNA to see which genes are succeptable to what diseases in the family bloodline... (these types of 'ancestry' results are provided by several Family-Tree businesses already)... Lineage and Health print-outs are available for $99 & $199 by geneology sources right now, if interested see: www.23andme.com...

Amazingly enough, evidence has been found that genetics is actually so new a science that they, in essence, don't really know WTF they're talking about.

...But they'll whip it out like a truth, convince the gullible it is true, and get them to pay for it and feel good about their "fine geneological make-up" compared to those sick and weak "Invalids", that are not worthy of medical care because there is not any hope of helping them from under their "Genetic Burden".

Nothing is ever used for anything other than to profit from the ignorance of the masses, or marginalize and turn one group against the other group. Again, for profit...

I'll maybe take note when they try to figure out what all that "junk DNA" actually is...

Ignorance rules this world.

Ah yes, another glorious plan by the "keep government out of our lives", "we believe in freedom!" crowd. Instead of encouraging an economy where people can actually get a decent job (or, god forbid, a decent medical system) and not have to depend on Medicaid, let's waste a bunch more money testing those obvious deadbeats!

An amazingly efficient and effective use of taxes, brought to you by mega-wank Scott Walker, "the peepuls friend!".

Give me a freaking break.
