This strikes me as a new low in "news" coverage. Fake, staged spectacle. News that is not real.
One could argue that this just illustrates what happened in court, in the same way that the more commonplace drawings are used to illustrate the scene
in a closed court. But drawings are clearly drawings. When actors, perhaps bad actors chosen for physical resembelance, are used to illustrate what
real people said or did, the actor's tone of voice, mannerisms and appearance are ilmplied to be those of the actual person. This may not be the
case, and is not fair to the actual person.
