Wow you put me on the spot.......um I haven't really thought about it in a long time or dug into the story recently.
I guess I'm on the fence with Phil.
There is a strong case to be made that the dulce story is disinformation cooked up by air force intelligence and fed to a person named Paul Bennewitz if you want to find out more about that angle there is a decent documentary called mirage men. This is the trailer It might still be on Netflix.


As to phils story there are some interesting elements like his alleged suicide and his missing fingers.
The whole dulce legend is such a twisted knot I'm of the opinion that a lot of it is disinformation to hide or throw people of the tracks of what is really being hidden maybe something like top secret aircraft and the whole alien thing might just be to send people on a wild goose chase of false leads.
I really don't know.

Speaking of politics everywhere! I highly doubt it has to do with what is speculated here.
