The so called 'damage' to relationships with Israel was the last line of defence for liberals for this fake news... now that is blown out of the water too.

HR 4310 has a lot of different things attached to it, but I 'assume' you are talking about Sec. 1078 (Pages 1958 and 1959), if so then the dissemination of the "propaganda" referenced in this House Resolution is for foreign audiences only, and sub sec 208 a. specifically states "No funds authorized to be appropriated to the Department of State or the Broadcasting Board of Governors shall be used to influence public opinion in the United States.".

So while I do believe the American public are being propagandized, this HR does not have anything to do with that, unless I missed something, which is possible.
