Paying attention to opinions on facts vs the actual facts is why you'll never possess the ability to think critically.

Try again dear.

100% of American politics is OPINION.

'News' only amounts to confirmation bias that 'confirms' already PRECONCEIVED BIAS.

Face it the people that already hated Trump are eating up the NEW story.

Apparently you don't understand logic. Everything Obama screwed up will also have long lasting effect. We're still feeling effects from Presidential policies dozens of presidents ago. Do you think everything just resets every 4-8 years?

The information ceased to be classified the moment Trump shared the previously code-word sensitive information with the Russians.

Source for this nonsense please.

So either Trump has committed full on Treason or the folks that leaked to Wapo were not leaking any classified information.

again no
Source please.

Besides...Trump burnt the operation/asset already. That intelligence source is gone for the USA, and that intelligence partner will never again share highly sensitive intelligence with the USA as long as Trump is President. It is too dangerous and he cant be trusted.

source please

You seem to not realize that Russia still acts against the US in a variety of ways. They are not our friends and it will take a long time of trust building to get anywhere close to sharing intelligence.

Four months in... wow. Most of that is left over from Obama policies.

oh so the holdovers are obamas achievements now. yet when he was in office all the problems were bushes fault. i find that logic extremely laughable.

I don't know why, it's the exact same logic used by Trump and his supporters. Everything bad going on was inherited from Obama, all the good stuff is because Trump was in office.

Not anywhere close to the media and one political party hell bent on taking power back by any means necessary.

Trump haters will not be happy until we get in to a shooting war with Russia.

This road leads to a dead end.

that type of logic is what keeps people and countries from evolving. just because things were bad once doesnt mean u continue down that path. you need to be flexible and change your stance accordingly or else u will be left behind in the ashes of history. as an example look at our friendship with the U.K.

The subject line is a direct quote from the WaPo article:

The Washington Post May 15th 2017
Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador
President Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador in a White House meeting last week, according to current and former U.S. officials, who said that Trump’s disclosures jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State.

The information Trump relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said.

More to come.

care to point out that bad? all i ever hear people complain about is his demeanor and hatred for his tweets. everything else is rubbish. let me ask u this, if u were to not pay attention to any of the political crap coming out of the media, and just looked at your day to day life, what has changed?

Something has changed.

Not in a good way.

The public is nothing more than collateral damage in a war being fought between the left and the office of the president of the united states.

The very antithesis of what they use to call liberal democracy.

A single political party seems to think they are stronger than the state.

And FDR called that FASCISM once upon a time.

From AP -

At the White House, Trump said in his tweets, “I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H. meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining ... to terrorism and airline flight safety. Humanitarian reasons, plus I want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism.”

Trump Claims Absolute Right To Share

I'm having a hard time seeing what's so catastrophic about this... the amount of distrust and vitriol the media is so quick to throw on Trump is getting really old. It's like they aren't going to stop until they get enough people riled up and using words like "impeach".

In no way did I say we shouldn't work towards an alliance with Russia but now clearly is not the time. Russia is still actively acting against the US.

Again, pay attention now...

No one is saying Trump did anything illegal. We know he can declassify anything that he wants to. The issue is that he apparently did...

To Russia.

im curious, but why is it youd like to keep the ole cold war hatred going with russia?

You "hate" people, not countries..It is a bizzare talking point pro-Russian bots propagate.

Do you think US Policy Makers at State or US Military Generals compose strategy based on if they have warm fuzzies or think Russia "is cute"..."I am so in love with Russia"..followed by a long sigh and day-dreamy look?

WTF does "Hate" or "Love" have to do with it?

It is in Russia's national interest that the USA fail, domestically, militarily, policy wise, globally...

It is Russia's #1 goal...Because they aspire to fill the void as the USA retreats and loses credibility in the world.

It is that simple...Russia is NOT an ally..

US Generals (Under Trump) just a couple weeks ago testified that Russia is providing funding and weapons to Afghan Taliban forces to attack US soldiers..

Russia does not want to destroy ISIS...They want to kill anyone that opposes their puppet dictator in Syria..

But Russia would be pleased as punch if ISIS fled back to Iraq, destabilized that country further and killed a bunch of American Soldiers etc..THEN Russia could move on to Iraq and offer them the same kind of "help" they offered Syria..

Right now via arms and funding of the Taliban, Russia is trying to toss Afghanistan back up for grabs, so they can finally move back in there and "Help" ..

care to give an example? if anything its our media acting against russia in far more damaging ways then the russians did by spreading the true facts about the corruption going on in one party. i should add im of the opinion that the other side is just as dirty. the fact is though, neither side likes trump. he has attacked the establishment they both belong to and they are both trying their hardest to push back. btw our govt is the biggest player on a global level in these types of acts, not russia, not china, not nato, not nkorea, not iran etc etc
