Paying attention to opinions on facts vs the actual facts is why you'll never possess the ability to think critically.

Apparently you don't understand logic. Everything Obama screwed up will also have long lasting effect. We're still feeling effects from Presidential policies dozens of presidents ago. Do you think everything just resets every 4-8 years?
The information ceased to be classified the moment Trump shared the previously code-word sensitive information with the Russians.
So either Trump has committed full on Treason or the folks that leaked to Wapo were not leaking any classified information.
Besides...Trump burnt the operation/asset already. That intelligence source is gone for the USA, and that intelligence partner will never again share highly sensitive intelligence with the USA as long as Trump is President. It is too dangerous and he cant be trusted.

Four months in... wow. Most of that is left over from Obama policies.
oh so the holdovers are obamas achievements now. yet when he was in office all the problems were bushes fault. i find that logic extremely laughable.
You seem to not realize that Russia still acts against the US in a variety of ways.

You seem to not realize that Russia still acts against the US in a variety of ways. They are not our friends and it will take a long time of trust building to get anywhere close to sharing intelligence.

The subject line is a direct quote from the WaPo article:
The Washington Post May 15th 2017
Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador
President Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador in a White House meeting last week, according to current and former U.S. officials, who said that Trump’s disclosures jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State.
The information Trump relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said.

I don't know why, it's the exact same logic used by Trump and his supporters. Everything bad going on was inherited from Obama, all the good stuff is because Trump was in office.

Totally agree... And the people that love Trump are spinning and deflecting. Not much has changed has it?
At the White House, Trump said in his tweets, “I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H. meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining ... to terrorism and airline flight safety. Humanitarian reasons, plus I want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism.”

Again, pay attention now...
No one is saying Trump did anything illegal. We know he can declassify anything that he wants to. The issue is that he apparently did...
To Russia.
im curious, but why is it youd like to keep the ole cold war hatred going with russia?

In no way did I say we shouldn't work towards an alliance with Russia but now clearly is not the time. Russia is still actively acting against the US.
