since you dont have to worry about material specs or internal defects it probably wouldnt be that hard.
someone mentioned graphite molds for like 25 bucks. that sounds like an option. thats what we use at work to cast our copper, brass, and bronze.
you could make a sand mold as well. carve it out....
the metals can be found all over if youre not worried about the pure stuff.
we get ingot at work of course be we also melt down scrap piping and fittings. we melt down bullet casings. we melt down a LOT of drum symbols....
i would think the hardest part would be getting the metals up to temp...
someone mentioned some kind of microwave...i dont know anything about that but its probably the way to go since you dont have an electric furnace.
