First off - I cannot tell you the exact circumstances these people find themselves in, just some basic complaints that implied that urgent care was
priority - But covers almost all things we go to a hospital for - From stitches to anti-biotics for a viral infection - You're not being denied
service for help you need.
Secondly, the option they have if they say, want to get a test done that the doctors don't think need to be done, or if they want to tackle a disease
or what not in a different way than is approved - You can still hire a doctor privately to inspect you and give you your desired treatment. Nothing is
stopping you from seeking the treatment you feel you deserve.
But that's mostly NOT the case.
Most are rather happy with their "Socialized medicine"
