Whether or not Michael Jackson is found guilty or innocent in the current child molestation trial may depend on the jury that is chosen. Here is the questionaire that prospective jurist have to fill out. Page 7 is very interesting.

msnbcmedia.msn.com...

This is just the start of what is likely to be a circus of a trial, it may even make the OJ Simpson trial look mild in comparison.But there is no question the media will be out in full force over 1000 requests have been made for journalist credentials and the trial has yet to begin.

I'll tell you what I would do if I was his attorney, I'd have him moonwalk into the courtroom. The place would erupt and he'd get off, no problem!

Peace

the other day I saw a poll asking

"do you think that MJ will receive a fair trial ? "

I voted yes... the percentages were somewhere in the neighborhood of..

YES = 68%
NO = 35%...

I think he will. How about you ?

Yes I think he will get a fair trial. There will be a lot of media pressure to make sure it is fair!

What part of page 7 di you find interesting?

most of the questions seemed rather standard. The only one that I found interesting was No. 37

37. Do you know, or have you read, seen or heard, ANYTHING about the publicity regarding the 1993-1994 investigation regarding Michael Jackson?

I don't see how anyone could possibly answer that one "no."

#37 was one I found interesting. I would also love to know how honest people would be with questions 35 & 36.

38 should be:

38. If answering "yes" to the above, in which jungle or deserted island did you reside at the time?

The questions I was most converned about were: 14-17 asking about the occupations of your children and parents, and where you fall in relationship to siblings (oldest, middle youngest). What does any of this have to do with determining if your able to be a juror? Do they have some sort of stats that state that older siblings are more apt to convict or something? Or that engineers and doctors are less likely too?

I think the questions should be limited to the case and DIRECT Relationships to the case. Many of these questions have no relationship to the case.

Yep, in Michaels case you'd be right!
I feel sorry for Michaels baby. That poor kid is going to be screwed up like you can't believe. Imagine being a toddler and waking up in the middle of the night, and having Michael there, with bed head none the less, singing you to sleep. Oh man, now that's scary!
