why 20 post for u2u?

both bordnlazy and jazzgul thank you for your comments unfortunately I cannot reply any other way until I get 20 post. I just put the coffee on started editing my post and never felt better about being an addict. At least now I have a place to share my addiction with and here others to.

Why do you need 20 posts to use the U2U feature ?

It wasn't always like that, unfortunately some people were abusing it.

Isn't it always that way ? A small malignant minority spoiling it for everyone else.

I think they want to get a feel for what type of posters they have. After 20 you can figure out if its a flamer, or real person. Not a bad idea.
