To be totally honest, I was saving the mods the trouble and self-editing my own posts as they were most definitely off-topic.

I apologize for the confusion, and for the thread derailment. I shall excuse myself at this point!

What a wonderful idea- thank you!!! My brother-in-law had an emergency craniotomy last month: it was discovered that he has grade 4 glioblastoma multiforme, a horribly aggressive brain cancer. They were not able to remove all of the tumors. He has defied the doctors' diagnosis so far; he regained consciousness and is making progress with physical and speech therapy, however he is still miles from his normal self.

We found a neurosurgeon who is willing to go back in and try to remove more of the tumor, which had infiltrated much of his brain.

We would appreciate prayers for him, for his neurosurgeon, and for his wife (my sister). Prayers would mean very much to us.

A prayer thread is a good thing! Happy to join in, and will toss in a request, too. Family member of mine is having some issues in her marriage, with an alcoholic husband, and the problems that can arise from that. She's really down, when we talk, and unsure what to do. Leaving is discussed, but I now that's not what she really wants. Some prayer there is definitely needed. I now she won't ask people she knows, outside of me, because she's not one to share her problems, so needed more in this case. Much appreciated, too! There if she needs me, but I'd rather see things resolved, and the issues corrected!

I used to pray/ meditate daily. Tried my best to live on the straight and narrow. It used to seem to work.

Not sure what changed, but the crapstorm never stops and there is no reprieve. I feel my spirit guides have punched the clock for good.

Sometimes, when you are doing the right things, that's when the bad starts to happen more. From a Christian perspective, I see it this way; if you are doing good, you catch the attention of the enemy. This is a spiritual war, and those more involved will gain more attention from the other side.

Prayers for your troubles, whatever they may be, and that you can find some peace. For the other person who requested as well, for a brother and friends. Also, for those mocking the thread, that God would reach you, and do what is needed to get your attention. I do hope you listen!

Praying that he will find healing, and for strength for your sister, and all of you, through this difficult time. Do you know if he's saved? Prayers for the docs, as well. Miracles CAN happen - seen a few!!

I consider myself spiritual rather than religious, but I would like to ask for prayers for my Husband and I with our health problems. Thank you in advance!

In the NAME of the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost! Jesus pour the blessings of HEALING upon this one and her husband. When two or three gather in your name JESUS! Your presence is there. In Jesus name healing for the health of these two! Amen!
