Good luck to anyone wanting to do this....i doubt there will be shielding that is very effective. I've not treated my body well enough im willing to let cosmic rays and various high energy particles degrade me any further.

At no point did I say passengers would be taking the controls - I know it will be ground controlled. What makes me laugh is the fact many of you are so in love with tech that you blindly trust everything.

And yes , I understand completely how passenger aircraft work- we have many pilots in my family. Mt grandfather was one of not many who made the transition from propeller aircraft to turbine aircraft while flying for TWA. He was also a test pilot for the Navy beforehand -he just so happened to have tested the first jet aircraft our dod was interested in.
FYI that would be Martin 404 and Lockheed constellations before he switched over to turbine crap. He retired from TWA in the late 80's being a captain international pilot, after the Navy.

I'd imagine you would get a full medical with blood tests, infection scans just to make sure you're not taking anything infectious onboard with you. There would probably be a two week quarantine before boarding.

Most programs have a "save" button that is, essentially, a "comfort button". It doesn't really do anything, since everything you type is saved already anyway.

That bib is like that....its purely comfort only.

That's what I was implying.
There's no conjecture in the fact that there will be no controls for a passenger to take over. That could only be done by someone with hacking skills and a probably some support.

P.s. Just read that Blue Origin is putting in a panic button. Not sure if that counts as a control or not, but it's the only input device I've read about.
