This is how they mislead people.

A car bomb explosion in Iraq leaves multiple dead and injured victims. This is horrible, we need to do something, boots on the ground, bomb somebody, we must do something, right?

Well, there's a little problem. The explosion is staged, victims and even the first responders are fake too.. Can't trust anything they tell or show us.

I'm tired of this nonstop BS.

Yes, the video has been seen, worst of all, daily papers, 'daily mail' or similar posted pictures about it all with a complete story...and it was all crap. (as far as I know those pictures are still the paper's website).

You can use the Translation Tools on Youtube, I just tried it and it appears to work fairly well.
Try that and see what you think.
