well if Iran was silly enough to do that then they would reap what they sow from USA an Allies would obliterate em of the Earth, cause as i understand nukes can be back tracked from were they came from even if they are used?

You are correct.
Also, there is and has been existing detection devices that can even differentiate between a nuclear detonation and an earthquake and where. Its all in the specific signature that a nuke gives off.
