Depends on how many are used, and how big megaton wise. It took decades, but Japan came back, despite Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Theres a way to leave zero radiation and immediatly after the strike.

Theres a way to leave zero evidence as to where the strike originated from, although it should be obvious which nation is the only one with the ability to pull of such miraculous destruction.

Theres a way to give zero warning time before the strike. Its just everythings fine once second the next BOOM!!!!! Would you look at that they spontaneously combusted.

A single Trident missile fired from a nuclear sub 80 miles off the coast of NJ, aimed at Manhattan, won't kill anybody in Oregon, just sayin'.

Oh this thing has a dialable yeild. You can simply give enemy soldiers an uncomfortable feeling and get them sick so they vacate an area.

Can kill all life but leave all infrastructure standing perfectly fine.

Or. You can set it to OMFG and level cities in an instant to the bedrock and then keep going.

But youll never leave any radiation.

I also believe that this weapon may even be able to penetrate bedrock and take out nuclear proof bunkers but not leave much evidence on the surface depending on which frequency they choose to do the observation on.

Agreed but with one reservation. The money behind all of it comes from the central bank. It has been that way for decades, perhaps longer. Although, the central banks are controlled by the same select few you are referencing. See how it comes full circle?
Bad things happen to leaders who want to remove central banks from their respective countries. Hitler, Gaddafi and Sadam to name just a few.
