President do occasional have to make determinations on issues during their time in office to address awkward issues.

They , the pres and inner circle of the white stumble into an administrative problem. They write a "finding" report and the president make a "determination" on how to deal with the problem. These finding can be quite broad in scope.

This sounds like one of those situations.

But timing is the issue here, it was supposedly passed after Clinton lost. That sharing between agencies may not have occurred if Hillary was elected. I doubt if Hillary would have wanted the Republicans to have that tool.

Investigation after investigation was conducted by REPUBLICAN States after this crap and NO FINDINGS of illegal activity on the part of Planned Parenthood were found.
