Quit wasting the taxpayers money on things like that. Just kill them and drop them in a ditch somewhere. These people are not humans and they don't deserve to be treated as such. If no one wants to do it i volunteer as their executioner. THe conditioning is not and will not work.

And killing some one is very expensive. The law is not cheap, and we are a nation of laws.
