The state dept is not handing over docs to the congressional committee. I am not surprised, if HRC won all this was going to go away. Now what?

The head of the congressional committee investigating Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information on her private email server blasted the State Department on Wednesday for hindering its probe by not providing requested documents.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, also served notice on the White House that its credibility in claiming transparency is on the line.
www.foxnews.com...

Rep Jason Chaffetz wants to understand why the State Department is still holding in to these docs. He added the more the State Dept holds them the more curious the committee is and he points out how slow the State Dept has been at providing the docs.

We need to understand the gravity of this. There is a reason the State Department, years after, is still holding off on giving us documents,” Chaffetz told Fox News. “The more they want to hold them, the more curious we are on what’s in them.”

Chaffetz said the State Department has been “dreadfully slow” in turning over some 30,000 additional documents, and that he expected the investigation to last well into 2018.

With as many as 300 people mishandling classified docs, Chaffetz finds it odd that no one is going to receive a slap on the wrist.

According to Chaffetz, it could be as many as 300 people who mishandled classified information at the State Department.

“It’s hard to believe nobody is even going to get a slap on the hand — somebody, people need to be held accountable,” he said

You mean the documents or the email investigation?

The email investigation was never going to go away.

And if she were president today she would be facing even more obstruction than Trump is right now, seeing as she wouldn't have a senate/house majority. Actually, she probably wouldn't even be doing much at all if she were president seeing as she clearly wanted to maintain the status quo.

This is what happens when you put all your eggs in one basket. HRC was supposed to win.

What ripples is the loss of the presidency going to have for HRC and all the people who crapped all over the law?

Look into what LBJ was facing until JFK happened to have his head blown apart in broad daylight on camera on a sunny afternoon.

HRC was supposed to win, she had it all sewn up. After all she was running against a baboon, right? NOw that she didn't win I think there are a whole bunch of keisters that are left dangling in the wind.

If HRC would have won, all this would be minimized. And she would have been hoisted on shoulders (figuratively) and treated as the first women to be pres.

Remember you couldn't even say Barack's middle name without being called a racist.

Is it really a surprise that they're stalling? There must be something they don't want coming out. Maybe something that proves she's actually guilty and should be charged. One can hope that's the case and she will be charged down the line

But as an incoming president from being a first term senator, Obama wasn't already dealing with a federal investigation.

Really though, we're just beating a dead horse talking about this now because she lost and she'll never be able to run again.

Yep. This was all supposed to go away after Hillary the faint was crowned prince of the world. As pres, she would do what ever it takes to make sure these papers disappeared.

Does anyone believe they had a plan B?

Why can's the old SS Hillary run again? If Hillary had 1/3 the charisma of her hubby, she would have her bony fingers on the oval office right now.

They are only "leaking" what they want people to know. It's kinda suspicious that the MSM are the first ones to report on these "leaks" and then go on to talk about them for days at a time, don't you think?

It's almost as if they have an agenda...

Their agenda is moving forward just as they want it to and these "leaks" are part of it in my opinion, helping to spin the narrative that democrats are evil and should be gotten rid of in the minds of Trump supporters and conservatives in general.

Because despite the cognitive dissonance coming out of the democratic party right now, they're all going to realize in four years that another Hillary run would literally be handing over another four years to Trump, seeing as he's already defeated her once before. All of that baggage she was carrying would come back to haunt her and then some.

The problem here is very simple to understand.

There are some career civil servants who love Hillary. They put their careers on the line "breaking the law". Now they're going to act like even more like criminals. Expect them to fight tooth and nail to keep their paychecks and stay the heck out of the slammer.

It's not gonna be all that hard to run an internal investigation and find the points where information doesn't flow. That's where the guilt will lie.

You're right.

Screw it, let her run. I hope she does, too. Because two presidential defeats in a row would surely ruin the democratic party, assuming that it even makes it to the next election at all.

I won't ruin the Dem party. It will make them get back to their roots, helping the common man.

Obama fueled one of the most profitable times for corps in history, while shafting the poor and middle class. He was a terrible leader and was not properly vetted by the Dems.

They thought it was going to be business as usual with the Clinton administration... now they are probably running the paper shredders at full capacity.

In the next few months a lot of stuff is going to be revealed, and a lot of people are going to be thrown under the bus.

Exactly, the Clinton criminal enterprise was a guaranteed winner, and did she spend. $1,500,000,000 to win, and her "supporters" thought they were buying a ticket to continue to rape the US. Now they are out money, and these type of people are not nice losers. I wonder how her social life is now?

Luckily the majority voted Trump and he won. Is he going to do what he said he was? I hope so.
