The travel ban was largely useless anyway. Instead of spending time in that they should work on getting their vetting where they want it.

That said, these judges are just being political. Judges who make rulings based on politics rather than law should lose their job and not be able to work in that field ever again. If you want to be an activist be a lawyer and argue cases. Don't be an activist on the bench.

This reminds me of the other public servant that refused to sign off on a marriage license for a same-sex couple and was subsequently terminated from employment, much to the elation of her detractors, as she was employed to carry out government policy and not interpret her own version of it.

Kim Davis was not a judge and had no right to do what she did.

Trump needs to decalre Hawaii in revolt and punish them. President has th eright to say who can come and go. If i was him i would declare martial law for 90 days and restrict all travel in.
