This does not mean there are no limits to emoluments. If China personally gives Donald Trump 1 billion dollars to allow China to build a military base in the South China Sea or invade and annex Taiwan, then you bet the American MSM would report it and Donald Trump would have to give the 1 billion dollars gift to Treasury.

You have no proof to back up your false claim that Congress has granted President Trump exemption from the Elolument Clause. There are lawsuits regarding Trump's Emoluments in progress right now.

No judge takes up those silly lawsuits. The president is legally entitled to own a private business. It is a basically human right and freedom.
