i've have a feeling that this story is horsesh@@. there was no CIA in 1917, the date that Wardenclyffe tower was demolished. the OSS ( Office of Strategic Services) came first, then it was the NIA (National Intelligence Authority) and then CIG ( Central Intelligence Group) and last it became the CIA. this was between 1941 and 1948.

If I recall correctly, Lockdown was using Wardenclyffe as a reference to the type of tower that the CIA was experimenting with, not the actual 1917 experiment. But I could be wrong.
