Carol Rosin has built a career on what she says Wernher von Braun told her back in the 70s , other than that she has nothing to add .

Tom DeLonge has an interest in the subject that dates back years , many people make a career out of a hobby and that seems to be what he's doing ... good for him , until he starts trying to sell people the same old same old prepackaged for the next generation , he's already shown he doesn't set the bar very high for the "evidence" he provides.

He has stated there will be three books so no point buying the first two because any author worth his salt will save the gravy for last otherwise what's the point of writing three , sadly I believe the gravy will be no different to all the others , disappointingly lumpy with no real flavour.

i don't think anything about TDLs Modus operandi can be compared to anything before,
he decides he is going to write a load of books, people don't go for it at first, then he gets

linked in the podesta emails, and now people are listening and buying books.....

www.independent.co.uk...
"I came out and told you guys about a book I was writing called Sekret Machines, and I said a bunch of stuff, that I was working with some people. Well, I think a lot of people doubted it, and they thought it was crazy that this musician would have this kind of access. And then the WikiLeaks thing happened, and you guys saw that I’m into some serious #, and I’m making really good progress."

Those WikiLeaks emails brought much of Mr Delonge's work to the fore, and showed that he had consulted with Hillary Clinton campaign manager John Podesta on his work. Mr Delonge said in the messages that he had been talking to high-ranking officials in the US government."

Wikileaks conveniently helped TDLs case it would seem, just dont get how DeLonge gets to have all the kudos on disclosing something that would make you known as the most important person in history.... that doesn't make sense, especially since there are so many other more powerful people that would love that title!

I think that is spot on.

I personally think that he really believes himself, but like back in the old days of ATS. Extraordinary claims, need the same type of proof.

If he fails to provide these facts, or does a bait and switch he will be relegated to the likes of......wait for it......................................."David Wilcock"

I am in the middle of his latest work on the Gods....
You know, and I am not being facetious... disclosure could happen, and many would not understand it.
So the "impact" on humanity would be minimized accordingly.

you don't believe carol rosin knew wernher von braun in the capacity she claims she did?

if you're implying that she's twisting or manipulating perceptions about their relationship, then i have to wonder what you're basing that on.

other than that, to put my position out there blatantly, this could just be another chapter in this fake alien invasion scenario. he could be being fed information for these kinds of purposes.

i don't see why a successful musician with a lot of resources at his disposal needs to ruin his image by being another book-selling, BS spewing UFO "conspiracy theorist." yeah maybe he's a bad writer, and maybe there's no real evidence in the pages he's already written, but i don't think he's in this for the money/fame. he already has both.

i think there's something else happening here.

Watch this video from 2008 for some insight into why DeLonge is marketing his UFO disclosure in the manner he is. Very, very insightful.

^^^^^^^ THIS ^^^^^^^ is the best contribution to the discussion about Tom DeLonge. Thank you so much for digging it out!

This video has turned me from Paulus to Saulus, and has left me sad.
I simply expect a sane person to speak the truth when it comes to important things. Dismissing Tom because he charges money for books (what a crime...) never cut it for me.
But when drugs enter the scene, things change. Had I known, I would have been warned. And please listen to the video, we are talking about MEDICAL drugs here!!! Made me think of Dr. House's Vicodin, maybe it was even that very drug.

Still, do not miss the very last 40 seconds of the video. This leaves us with some hope and I truly hope that Tom made a full recovery. But I am much less enthusiastic about his project now and he has to come up with truly extraordinary stuff to change my mind again.

There is no "industrial complex" conspiracy behind this. There are no "handlers" using Tom for their purposes. What is behind this is a destructive influence that has been corrupting our civilization, and medicine in particular, for decades. Tracking down the source of propaganda for drugs (street and medical) would probably be the key to reveal the true enemies of mankind. But that is not a popular thought. BREAKING Trumpino vs. Hillarious news and more justifications to hate their fellow man, this is what the indoctrinated and dazed masses want.

There have been plenty of people working with von Braun. She is the only one doing the crazy talk. But then she is also claiming to have spoken to an ET who walked through the wall into her hotelroom. And it is not like von Braun is around to comment on her claims.

There is no image to ruin in the first place. The majority of UFO authors are BS spewing UFO "conspiracy theorists". You can just make up BS as you go, you'll always find people who will buy (into) it.

This is what irks me the most about Ufology. The bar is set so low that mere hearsay and speculation are regarded as fact, no wonder people are exploiting it.

what if the podesta leak was done solely for the reason of linking TDL with such like people, Maybe one of TDLs government insiders leaked them for this reason, a carefully orchestrated plan to introduce TDLs "secret information", maybe when this new info drops the snowball will start to tumble, gathering universal public awareness like nothing ever been seen before, this could well be the biggest piece of information/distraction we have seen since 9/11.

the new technologies being announced lately could be related to what TDL has to say.

Holy hell, you are amazingly gullible. Gain some critical thinking skills. Embarrassing...

gullible
ˈɡʌləb(ə)l/
adjective
easily persuaded to believe something; credulous.

i believe very little, one of the few things i do believe, is that anything is possible.
being open minded to any eventuality is not gullible, gullible is believing that you
already know all there is to no and nothing could surprise you in this world.

critical thinking
noun
the objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgement.
"professors often find it difficult to encourage critical thinking among their students"

i do this a lot as im a 3rd year degree student of psychology,
because i am open minded i can look at an issue more objectively, its like if someone
wrote an idea, i would never spew abuse at them just because it went against what
i thought, i would investigate and if i could put an argument up against it i would.....

why did you get so angry???? do you get like that a lot, in everyday life???

i didnt get angry with your post, posts like yours inspire me not to be a D**K....TY

"I've done it all, I know it all."

Sounds a lot like me. When I was a punk arse teenager, that is. Nowadays, I'm smart enough to know that I basically know nothing. Be immediately skeptical anytime someone claims to "know it all" on any given subject. Smart/knowledgeable people don't care if you think they're smart. Insecure, egotistical little men with delusions of grandeur on the other hand.....

"I'm just like you guys"

Oh look at me, I'm just a normal guy like all of you regular people. Sure, I'm a rich and famous rock star who has done it all and knows it all but other than that, we're totally the same! Well, you probably haven't met aliens or super important military guys but hey, I read some books!

Tom, you can't have it both ways. Either you're just like us, or you know all the "sekrets" of the universe. Which is it?

i agree something is happening, that's the thing but, his story is incredulous, it's hard to see where he is going with
this, i think that the new technologies that have been dripped to us in the last few years are part of it, and possibly
they have more that can only be explained by being "otherworldly" or "interdimensionally" in origin, TDL could be
an easy fall guy, if the news doesn't sit to well, the best people to hit first with the info would be the nuts that actually,
believe that aliens are out there, and if the info is good enough it could spread like wildfire, if the info is powerful
enough, religions could fall....... TDL would be perfect for disclosure, a fire started by someone who is expandable in the most flammable area, TDL has been saying he has been into UFO and aliens since he was young, i wouldn't be surprised if TDL was picked for disclosure by TPTB......

Yes, that's exactly my point. TDL shows his immaturity and naivety by saying he knows it all. Not many people are dumb enough to make that statement except teenagers and the delusional. Show me you're smart, (like Phage) don't tell me you're smart.

I want there to be something to this TDL saga, but cant help thinking what would have happened if Elvis called up Ike and said he wanted to blow the lid off this UFO THING, or, better yet, if Jimi Hendrix gave a shout out to LBJ; from that perspective (i may be showing my age) the whole thing looks, well...........?

i found this article from Jan 2015, that kinda adds weight to Toms story.

www.rollingstone.com...

"There seems to be a disconnect between your statement saying Tom left the band and Tom saying that he didn't quit. Who's right?
Hoppus: That's all true [laughs]. I'll walk you through the past two years of Blink-182 history: For the past two years, we've been working with a bunch of different labels to try and get a record deal because the three of us collectively decided that we wanted to make a record with a partner. A few months ago, Travis has this festival that he is co-owner of and presenting and he asked Tom and I if we would play and we said, "No problem." At the end of December, we were finalizing our record deal and on Christmas Eve, all three of us signed the deal. We had been talking about where we wanted to record, what producers we want to use, what day we want to start. This is all through e-mail. I don't think either of us have spoken to Tom in person in months, but everything's been moving positively.
We booked January 5th to go into the studio. On December 30th, we get an e-mail from Tom's manager saying that he has no interest in recording and that he wants to do his other, non-musical stuff and that he's out indefinitely. There's a flurry of e-mails going back and forth for clarification about the recording and the show and his manager sends [an e-mail] back saying, "Tom. Is. Out."

he had signed a record deal and was about to do gigs, when suddenly he left.....

Blink182 went on to have a US no 1 album while TDL went "chasing shadows"
