WOW, what in tarnation is going on here. Most of you will get a kick out of this.

You'd think that since Nigeria has become synonymous with email scams, the perpetrators of these scams would choose another country to put at the center of the scams, such as Tanzania or Rwanda or Mozambique or something.

I mean, I'd immediately throw into the trash bin any email asking me to send money to Nigeria, but I might carefully consider sending money to a Prince in Mozambique whose assets were frozen and needs my help.

Seems totally legit. I mean the President of the FBI signed, right?

What I would do is get a TON of new credit cards. Run 'em up. When they send you the bill, just mail them a copy of this.

Have the credit card company simply contact these guys for payment.
