I wasnt successful but perhaps someone else is.

The gist of it is-

At first, these 5 immigrants was convicted to a little more than a year in juvenile detention, for gangrape.
(They are all minors, thus no real prison)

The prosecutor however was not satisfied with the conviction so he took it to the courts of appeal - one instance below the supreme court - which today ruled that these 5 boys will be deported to their home country of Afghanistan.

They will be prohibited from returning to Sweden for 10 years.

It is unclear as of today if this decision will be appealed by the defender in the case. How and when the boys will be deported is yet unclear.

Well the punishment should be deportation with NO RIGHT to return to Sweden. Let them be an example to all other immigrants. I am not against immigrants but the fundamental issue should be to respect the law. Sweden does have native born criminals who are white so it is not a case that the perps bring criminality to a crime free country as some would portray it.

The animal testing people are a pretty nasty bunch, I would imagine the raping of goats would have more severe consequences for the rapists than that of a 4 year old boy.
