This certainly has possibilities but the tech has to mature a bit and also it needs to win the confidence of the prospective market for the buildings it creates.

As for speed, there was a contest in Sydney some decades ago where a swarm of trainee tradesmen managed to build a conventional brick veneer home in about 2-3 days. Of course they worked in shifts around the clock but 3D printer robots do that too (don't need a break except for the occasional grease & oil change).
