Are there any real Astronomers on there? I have some questions.

Shouldn't you be asking about planets 230 light years away then? They would need time to go back and decide to return.

Well yes that's why I wrote earlier that they could also be in the 2-3 hundred range, but if they never left and another group was sent over they would be arriving now. All just speculation, but it is interesting how there was a wave of UFO sightings then and now with a gap of 400 something years. Given the event that happen there is claim that two civilizations were at war. One could be from that distance while another could be closer or further or from the same system fighting over rights to earth? Who knows.
We just recently found 7 planets orbiting one single star 40 light years away, they could have came from there with other non light speed travel means and it took them 450 years to close that gap.

why would aliens travel at light speed (impossible, has to be lower, or cheat with "warped space" drives) for 456 years to fight in the sky above Germany, and leave again ?

If and only IF Mog from Zog does visit as you don't know the speed they could travel at what you are saying and asking is completely pointless
