They'd like you to believe everyone is at each other's throats.

You're right. The LEFT will start the civil war, but the RIGHT will finish it...and continue to lead the country.

I sure do not want those crazy far left liberals running our country. They are burning cars and throwing stuff. What would happen if these people got hold of our military mite. By no means should we allow these liberals to take over, not even by an election. They are delusional.

The Democratic party needs to distance themselves from these radical liberals, they created them, it is their responsibility to get them under control.

An extreme rightist position would be rounding up 12-14 million people even if it meant declaring martial law or the use of military force, and, yes, there are people advocating such a process. It's not going to work. It won't fly. Building walls or placing troops on the border is not untenable, but that's not what I am hearing from the right.
Alternately, an extreme leftist view would be blanket amnesty and wide open borders. That won't fly either.
The centrist view and rational, pragmatic thing to do would be to make the illegals citizens and have them pay taxes and accountable under our laws while securing our borders with a wall, troops or whatever is necessary to reduce further incursion.

Might happen, but there would be no tangible borders at first. Eventually the demarcation line would end up being the west coast (all but eastern Washington). The sad part will be when China and Russia come in on the side of the West Coast and only Britain and Canada stand with the US. End game will have the west coast seceding and China putting in missile batteries in California.

What use is a nation's "Army" if not to protect its boarders? "This we'll defend"! What is "this"? Do you think the US. Army's job is do defend other nations boarders? The US military have/has been chasing that proverbial ball of yarn around way to long! I ask you this, assuming you're an American...what US. or state law can/could you break and get amnesty?
