This is shaping up to be one of the worst administrations ever, and this is total proof of it. While his administration is in chaos and practically falling apart, Trump is going to a glitzy resort for the weekend- the third week in a row. Bush did the same thing, but his administration wasn't as much of a joke as Trump's is, as bad as it was.

Mar-a-Lago is the Winter Whitehouse. Donald Trump works 18+ hrs. per day during the week in D.C. When he goes to the FL WH, he usually has meetings and other WH business he attends to. There is a SCIF at Mar-a-lago to take care of sensitive conversations. Do you resent him having a little family time, too? Typical.

You want to know why it's not the White House? Because you can't pay $100k + $15k a year in dues + $2k a year in food (and I'm sure that has all skyrocketted now) to become a member of the White House and hang around being served drinks and having your picture taken with the guy holding the "nuclear football."

$96 million divided by 8 years = $12 million a year or $1 million a month. The estimate for his three trips to Mar-A-Lago in the last month? $10 million. At this rate he'll be lucky not to hit $1 billion.

Why are you under the impression Trump can only work from DC? It's as if you've never had a job before. And why are you under the impression that the guy who sleeps 4-5 hours a night and works around the clock, isn't working simply because he's in Florida?

And also, why is their choice to have Melania stay with their son in NY until he finishes the school year a bad thing? You're anti-family and anti-education?

I'm not. I'm under the impression that Trump campaigned on spending LESS money and ending government waste.

Which if he was serious about it, he'd make changes to his own schedule to not cost you and me over $10 million in the last month alone.

Imagine how many veterans could be helped with that money if he just decided to govern from the white house, like a president normally does?

If President Trump went on "resort vacation" every weekend for the next 8 years he's President, he'd still get more tasks accomplished EVERY single week, than 99% of Americans, and 100% of Congress.
