Tonopah Test Range student intern

We are seeking a technical undergraduate summer intern.

Work with technical operations and R&D teams to accomplish tasks and assignments as required to maintain the site for test ready capability

Work in both lab and field environments, with weather extremes likely (very hot and dry)

Use hand tools and some power tools as needed to perform the work
Candidate will live on site during the work week and lodging and meals will be provided during that time

Qualifications
We Require
You bring the confidence and skills to be eligible for the job by meeting these minimum requirements:
Currently attending and enrolled full time (or scheduled to graduate in the spring) in an accredited undergraduate program
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.15/4.0
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
U.S. citizenship
Note: If you have not yet started your undergraduate program, please apply to a high school intern position.

Basic engineering skills and mechanical abilities
Attention to detail and self-starter
Willingness to learn new skills Ability to work as a team member and take direction and constructive feedback
Ability to work in austere environments for long hours
Ability to work under tight time pressures
