In the last few hundred years, maybe not.
Over the course of millennia, probably not so much.

I think the story is bigger than climate change. I think the ice melts may have uncovered something extraordinary and which can't be kept secret any longer.

Those are normal melt events that are over exaggerated and totally offset by faster ice sheet growth. If there were abnormal melting across the continent the ice sheets would be growing slower.

I think you're missing the more important facts.

The Ice sheets and the snow cover in Antarctica is at record lows.

Yes, the ice sheet grew at a record pace for a short period, but climate is a longer process.

Just because it grew fast for a short period does NOT mean that the ice and snow loss on the whole has been reversed.

They are also doing training to go back to the moon down there....this Antarctica stuff has come up a lot in the boards but no one seems to like this logical explanation why we've had so many officials go down there....

We are trying to get a permanent moon base set up apprently. And have been training people in Antarctica for the return trip
