Except this was filed before the EO was even signed.
Do you know that 86% of appeals from the 9th court are overturned? 86%

So?

So?!

So it means that the vast majority of their decisions are considered wrong-headed and/or not based on the law. Which means the 9th Circuit is FEPO (For Entertainment Purposes Only) and it is *not* doing the job the circuit courts are supposed to do - review and render decisions on cases based on the law and the relevant facts of that particular case.

What a monumental waste of time, money and effort.

And BTW - it's our money. Our tax dollars at work. Or in the case of the 9th Circuit Court, not at work.

So?

That is the argument for the left when they run out of other stupid things to shout about

Roght. Because every decision ever rendered by a federal judge has never been political. Isn't that the purpose of checks and balances?

LOL.

This is pretty simple. Out Constitution only really works to the extent the people permit it to. The left screamed about what a threat to our Republic Trump represented, so much so, that they have pressed a seemingly endless series of escalations that will bring about the very thing they claimed they feared.

Where do you think all of this will end? As you know, now the left is trying to impeach the President and he's only into his third week. But let's play the game that they are eventually successful. Is Pence the guy that will finally keep the left quiet and comfortable? Obviously not. So we can expect the shenanigans to continue in an endless spiral towards chaos.

And what happens if the left completely gets its way? Do you think the other half of the country will simply say oh well we lost?

Though I don't really want to believe it, I think we are done as a country- at least in terms of the way we thought of it prior to this election cycle. Who knows what is coming next, but I sincerely doubt it will be an improvement.

So pat yourself on the back. You guys have done a good job pushing us to the end. Once you're done turning on your fellow Americans on the right, I fully expect you'll eventually turn on your own. Because if you are really honest with yourself, the left really only has a coalition of interests bound by their hatred for Trump. When that's all done, you'll suddenly realize how many on your side are danger to you and your future....and the inevitable march to the end will continue.

Fun times.

Blame the right. They started it under Obama. Taking the moral high ground now that left is doing it just makes you look partisan.

Actually, I agree. But not with your timing or the claim that I'm the partisan. I think it started with Clinton when Ken Star and cabal went after Bill. Then during the Bush administration Rove et al perfected the politics of personal destruction, only for the left to finally wake up and professionalize it during the Obama administration.

But thank you for proving my point. As long as people justify the means and ends by placing blame on who started it, we can only expect things to get worse.

The reasons for splitting it make sense, besides the political bias of the court.

The demographics of the region have grown this court to a size that is inefficient.

I love the reasoning here.

An all Republican push to shatter a perceived Liberal Bias is somehow not seen as being a move based completely from bias.

The double standard is pretty obvious.

Oh there are tells in previous administrations about the direction the country eventually ended up, with that I agree, but the "NO compromise whatsoever" approach was started by the right during Obama's terms. Despite the dawn of the Rush Limbaugh era, the 90's era Republicans were still willing to compromise with the Democrats, and the Republicans during the Bush era compromised with the Democrats.

Actually this would be a good thing considering more than 80% of all their dissension are over turned by the Supreme Court for being unconstitutional or just plain unlawful rulings.

This should in it self show how bias and corrupt they've become, or just out of touch with the real world and the Laws they are supposed to protect and enforce.
