Compassion on ATS from some people? Really? Why are you so freaking obsessed that every refugee is here to commit a crime? You don't for a moment think that such prejudice may be part of the problem?

I am sorry if it is incorrect in your opinion. What I mean by it is, even though it is within EU regulations, there is noooo way they will take this lightly. I would bet you one way or other the EU will try to stop this. Hence, it is like a slap in the face

I'm well aware. You got me wrong.

What I want each and every politician that speaks against the refugee crisis (no matter where!) to do is: SAY IT. NAME THEM! ADDRESS THE ACTUAL PROBLEM, NOT JUST THE SUBSEQUENT FALLOUT!

If they can't do that... why should I believe they are any different from the people who caused this mess in the first place?

I am not obsessed with anything, also I am not saying in any way that all refugees are criminals. No. What I am saying is there is an amount of them who is. And right now, there is absolutely no way to tell bad from good. So it is a good idea to put a hold on these refugees until they registered.

I predict he's going to have a crisis on his hands within a year and it will build into a huge problem.

Refugee camps tend to be squalid (would YOU like to live in a camping tent for three years?), have sanitation and health problems, and foster violence particularly against women and children (when you're frustrated, the wife and kids are easy targets.) Unless he suddenly hires 100,000 caseworkers they won't get processed faster; they'll just end up jammed together in a tent city, hungry and frustrated.

We've seen this happen before.

But that's what the Dublin regulation was introduced into the EU legislation to do - hence Hungary are following EU regulations so it's therefore not a slap to anyone.

The Daily Mail, Daily Express and others are obsessively anti EU. They are also - certainly in the online versions - incredibly poor at fact checking and often pass on an opinion piece from another source as fact.

I compare the 'immigrants' in Europe with the same ones crossing the US Mexico border. They aren't migrating either.

And don't want to be caught or returned to their country either.

That is only part of the answer.

Sure, radical islamists are not a "modern phenomenon" at all... BUT (!) you do realise that there was a time before those religious fanatics had the catastrophic influence they have today - throughout the middle-east?

A time before the Mullahs reign in Iran set in.
Or before the house of Saud and their Wahabi influence on the other hand.
Before the Mujahedeen entrenched in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Before the early islamic front turned Libya from a relatively developed country into a warzone - and then migrated into Syria... another country with a high quality of living, before ISIS and AQ invaded it?

Now... who is responsible for each and every of those changes?

Even worse... the same # will continue with Trump - and his followers don't even realise it.

As the EU political elite become ever more detached from reality, a military coup followed by civil war across the whole continent becomes an ever increasing possibility.
Lefties people brains will fail to function under those circumstances, leading to their political and Physical demise, for the resurgence of the party of strength.
The party of strength is a party that believes authority comes from the barrel of a gun rather than the whining of the liberal lefties.

Now, the latest and maybe the funniest one. How the EU orchestrates traffic jams for no substantial reasons in roads all across the continent:

That is basically done by manipulating the functioning of a series of traffic lights in a chain that are located along 1 road.
After years of studying human behavior on the road and proper traffic management through traffic lights, the EU can orchestrated a pretty bad job at it, when it wants to. That is done, by manipulating the time the green light is on with respect to the time the red light is on to a certain value depending on the typical traffic conditions, on the number of traffic lights along the road and on the average distance between a traffic light and the next one.

Unfortunately these cold war-like, outdated and laughable tactics remain only a kind of a nuisance for drivers and other people on the road, as the EU per se, is never going to achieve political goals or intimidation, not even by mistake.
